* U15 Fall players will pay an additional fee of $200.

What is Included? Player Deposit

Polaris SC player fees including the following:

  • Professional Training
  • Coaching Fees and Expenses
  • Carding and League Fees
  • Referee Fees
  • Tournament Fees
  • Administration Fees
  • Winter Training Sessions and Facility Costs

All players must submit a $500.00, non-refundable, deposit when accepting an offer to join Polaris SC for the 2024-2025 season.

Deposits are due within 72 hours of acceptance to confirm your spot on the team.
Payment Method & Payment Plans

Player Fees can be paid in one of two easy ways:

  • Check (payable to Polaris Soccer Club, PO Box 2935, Westerville, OH 43086)
  • Credit Card (via your player account on PolarisSC.com)
    • Player families responsible for processing fee

Payment Plans:

  • Pay in Full (June)
  • Deposit + 2 (June, August, October)
  • Deposit + 4 (June, August, September, October, November)
Uniforms

Uniforms are not included in our player fees. Polaris SC will enter into a new 2 year uniform cycle beginning with the 2024-2025 season.
Refund Policy

When accepting a roster spot with Polaris SC, a full year commitment is expected. Polaris SC will not issue refunds on player fees.
Scholarship Opportunities

Soccer is the world’s most popular and participated-in sport for children. Our hope is that youth in the Westerville area will have the opportunity to experience the passion, skill and lifetime value of playing the game. Unfortunately, there is a likelihood that many in our community might not be able to afford to play organized competitive soccer.

In order to make this rewarding experience a reality for as many youth as possible, Polaris SC has created a scholarship program to assist families in need with financial aid.
Scholarship Application
